General Refund Conditions

Our refund policy is based on the type of service provided and the stage of project completion. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to be fair and reasonable in all situations.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to Studio@webgenesis.net within 14 days of the issue arising. Your request should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.

Service-Specific Refund Policies

Web Design

For Web Design services, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the project is canceled by the client before the design phase begins, a full refund may be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee to cover initial consultation and setup costs.
• If the project is canceled by the client during the design phase, a partial refund may be issued, taking into account the work completed to date. The refund amount will be determined based on the number of design concepts presented and the hours spent on the project.
• No refunds will be issued once the design has been approved and development has commenced.

Content Writing

For Content Writing services, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the client cancels the project before the writing process begins, a full refund may be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee.
• If the client is not satisfied with the initial draft and provides specific, actionable feedback, we will revise the content accordingly. If, after revisions, the client is still not satisfied, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
• No refunds will be issued for content that has been approved by the client and published.

Web Development

For Web Development services, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the project is canceled before development begins, a full refund may be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee.
• If the project is canceled during the development phase, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed features and the hours spent. A detailed breakdown of the completed work will be provided.
• No refunds will be issued once the website or application has been deployed and is live.

SEO Optimization

For SEO Optimization services, refunds are generally not provided as the results of SEO are long-term and dependent on various external factors. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization), a partial refund may be considered.

Web Application

The refund policy for Web Application development is similar to that of Web Development services. See the Web Development section above for details.

Web Consultancy

For Web Consultancy services, refunds are generally not provided after the consultation has taken place. However, if the consultation was not delivered as agreed upon, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Domain name registration fees.
• Hosting fees.
• Third-party software licenses.
• Any services that have been fully completed and delivered to the client's satisfaction.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it within 14 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
